Our Team
We have a strong and dedicated team of executives from different backgrounds, bringing in to MSK Solutions Ltd first class analytical and problem-solving skills and revolutionalize the way business is done in the Agro industry in Tanzania. Two of our executive directors, who are working full time in the organisation, have more than 10 years of experience in the procurement, processing, and selling of cash crops in the local and international markets. They bring in, not only the needed experience but also their education. Two remaining directors have experience doing other businesses for more than 5 years before they joined the Agro industry, where they have now developed skills and experience of more than 5 years. All directors are highly educated with a minimum degree of one each, others have two or three degrees. The company has a policy of hiring educated young team players and trains them in cash crops procurement, processing and selling. Most employees dealing with operations have a minimum educational level of a single college diploma. The company has today:
• Four young and aggressive well educated and experienced entrepreneurs all with college degrees and some years of experience in business, forming the board of directors of the company.
• A CEO with 8 years in business administration with good education in business administration and risk management, leading the team.
• We have several unit managers who are well educated and experienced to respond to the quality and quantity needs of our esteemed customers.
• Highly energetic and committed executives working in the various units of the company, and
• Dedicated temporary staffs who make things happen.
