A clear strategy has allowed us to grow with almost a supersonic speed! Our success is achieved by strong leadership and commitment in whatever we do. We source agricultural crops from the farm gate and sell to local and international markets. This year we are walking a step further to completing the value chain by engaging in cotton farming – setting up a good example to local farmers, and also by contract farming with selected big farmers. The following are our key strategies;

• Diversification of our revenues – from agribusiness (multi-products from multi-origins), logistics services, cotton lint trading, cotton oil milling and selling, supplying jute bags and quick links and supplying ginnery spare parts. This comes up because:

- diversification minimizes risks, and

- increases profitability

• Looking for and expanding to greener pastures – MSK Solutions Ltd will soon expanding to real estate business (building hostels near new Universities and colleges), spinning mills – to value add our cotton, knitting, dyeing and weaving
